Start with the current release order
If you’re calling after a domestic-violence arrest, have the person’s full name, detention location, and available court or booking information ready. Requirements depend on the case and current orders.
Release conditions are part of the process
A bond does not cancel a protection order or a no-contact requirement. Confirm all applicable restrictions with an attorney and follow court orders after release.
Nevada law includes specific bail requirements for certain offenses and provisions concerning contact with an alleged victim. Do not assume the same process or timing applies to every arrest. See Nevada’s bail provisions in NRS Chapter 178 and ask your attorney about the case.
Ask about the bond agreement
We can explain bond paperwork, fees, co-signer responsibilities, and any collateral requirements. Payment plans may be available, subject to approval. We cannot guarantee that a bond can be arranged or promise a release time.
Keep bond questions and legal questions clear
Ask a bail agent about the agreement and bond process. Ask an attorney about charges, contact restrictions, hearings, and other legal issues. Do not make pickup or housing arrangements that conflict with a court order.
